Udaymarg Integrated Multitech Pvt. Ltd. provides workforce facilitation — understanding employer requirements, identifying suitable talent, and coordinating introductions and deployment support. We act as a bridge between employers and candidates.

• Facilitation only: We do not guarantee placements, jobs, interviews, or hiring outcomes. Decisions remain with employers and candidates.
• No fees to candidates: We do not charge candidates for facilitation. If anyone requests payment in our name, report it to info@udaymarg.com.
• Employer terms: Any commercial terms (scope, timelines, fees) are agreed separately in writing before work begins.

3. Your obligations

• Provide accurate, lawful information in enquiries and profiles.
• Do not submit sensitive IDs (Aadhaar, PAN) or financial credentials via the form.
• Do not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Employers and candidates are responsible for verifying suitability before engagement and for complying with applicable labour and employment laws.

4. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, design, logo and copy are owned by or licensed to Udaymarg. You may view and share pages for legitimate enquiry purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use our marks without prior written permission.

5. Third-party links & socials

The Site links to third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) for convenience. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that workforce matches will meet every expectation. Workforce outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Udaymarg’s liability for any claim arising from the Site or our facilitation services is limited to the fees (if any) you paid to us for the specific matter in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits.
